本站提供的是公开的 AI 工具信号榜单与配套的付费数据服务。榜单本身免费公开浏览；名次由公开信号分唯一决定，不可购买、不可竞价、不接受任何影响名次的付费。付费仅用于购买数据访问能力（API 配额、历史数据、对比与导出），与名次完全无关。
二、榜单与付费的关系
本站的名称叫「榜单」，容易被误读成推荐或评测，所以这一节单独把性质讲透。
- 这是信号榜，不是广告位。名次由公开信号分（star 数 + 0.25 × fork 数）唯一决定。排名不代表平台对该条目的质量、安全性、合法性作出任何评价、背书或担保，也不代表它比排在后面的条目更好。我们不做评测，不派人打分，不设「编辑推荐」标签。
- 排序键公开。排序键为公开信号分 = star 数 + 0.25 × fork 数，公式、参数与收录清单统一在首页方法论说明公布（本页不再抄一份，避免两处对不上）。除此以外没有任何未公开的影响排名的因素——包括付费。
- 排名不可购买。不存在任何「付费提高名次」「买展示位」「竞价排名」的产品或入口；旧版「付费推广位」模式已终止（2026-09-21），其一切规则表述作废。
- 付费买的是什么。付费订阅只购买数据访问：API 调用配额、历史数据、批量对比与导出。具体配额与权益在配额规则公布。订阅与否、订阅档位高低，均不改变任何条目的名次。
- 利益关系披露。本站的收入来自数据订阅费。除该费用外，本站与任何上榜方之间不存在佣金、分成、排名调整或其他未披露的利益安排。若未来引入返佣类合作，会在本页同步披露。
- 不保证效果。数据订阅只保证所购配额与服务可用性，不保证曝光量、点击量、转化或成交。任何以本站名义承诺转化效果的第三方均与本站无关。

1. Nature of the platform
We provide a public AI-tool signal board plus a paid data service. The board itself is free to browse; rank is determined solely by a public signal score and cannot be bought, bid for, or influenced by any payment. Payment purchases data access only (API quota, historical data, comparison, and export) and has no effect on rank.
2. The board vs. payment
The site is called a "leaderboard", which is easily mistaken for a recommendation or a review, so this section spells out its nature.
- A signal board, not ad slots. Rank is determined solely by the public signal score (star count + 0.25 × fork count). Rank is no evaluation, endorsement, or guarantee of an entry's quality, safety, or legality, and does not mean it is better than the entries below it. We do not review, score, or apply an "editor's pick" label.
- The ranking key is public. The formula, parameters, and inclusion list are published once, in the methodology notes on the home page (we deliberately do not duplicate them here, so the two cannot drift apart). No other factor affects rank — including payment.
- Ranking cannot be bought. There is no product or entry point for "pay to rank higher", bought placements, or paid bidding. The former paid-placement model was terminated on 2026-09-21, and all of its rule descriptions are void.
- What payment buys. A subscription purchases data access only: API quota, historical data, bulk comparison, and export. Quotas and entitlements are published in the quota rules. Whether you subscribe, and at which tier, never changes any entry's rank.
- Interest disclosure. Our revenue comes from data-subscription fees. Apart from those fees there is no commission, revenue share, rank adjustment, or other undisclosed arrangement between us and any listed party. If we introduce affiliate-style partnerships, we will disclose them here.
- No performance guarantee. A subscription guarantees only the purchased quota and service availability — not impressions, clicks, conversions, or sales. Any third party promising conversion results in our name is unconnected to us.
The non-endorsement and transparency wording of this section follows the spirit of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising" (16 CFR Part 255) on material-connection disclosure, so the disclosure reads consistently for cross-border buyers and regulators.
3. Content sources
Listed entries come from a public inclusion list; entry information reflects the party's own official public materials. We run a three-tier mechanism (automated pre-screening, manual sampling, report response), but given the limits of technology and manpower we cannot guarantee that every unlawful item is blocked. If you spot a problem, report it via the help & feedback channel and we will respond within 24 hours.
4. Outbound link risk
Clicking a listing takes you off this site to a third-party website. That site's content, security, privacy policy, and terms are outside our control and we accept no responsibility for them. Where a decision involves a transaction, investment, medical, or financial matter, verify the counterparty's credentials and judge carefully.
5. About the data
Board data comes from public GitHub signals (star and fork counts), refreshed on a fixed schedule with the data timestamp noted; aggregate figures are published in the home-page stats bar for public verification. Historical data and export are paid-subscription features and follow the same methodology as the free public data.
6. Third-party services
Payments are handled by the merchant-of-record (MoR) provider. Invoices are issued by the MoR provider as seller of record. We are not liable for losses caused by a third party's outage, delay, or change of its own rules, but we will help you liaise with them.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for service interruption, data loss, or service errors caused by force majeure — natural disaster, war, government action, carrier failure, or large-scale cyber-attack — but we will do our best to restore service and will publish an explanation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for this service is capped at the subscription fees you actually paid. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
This disclaimer forms part of, and has the same effect as, the Terms of Service.
